He's rather ugly, but I love all dogs - so each to his own. You know their wrinkles have to be regularly cleaned out cuz they get all gunked up with crud and then they smell really bad.
If you can believe this, I knew of a person back east who had a shar-pei and paid to have the wrinkles taken out. I am not sure what self respecting vet would do such a thing, but I thought it was really odd.

Aaaaawwwww..... I love the shar-pei's, they're so sweet and funny, especially when they're small :-D
